Once an item is purchased a Certificate will be sent to the Buyer and it's the Buyers responsibility to redeem the item that was purchased via the Certificate that will be sent to the Buyer.  Buyers must respect the terms of the Certificates.  If a Buyer does not recieve a Certificate within 7 days of the item being purchased please contact Vox Communications/WWUS & WCNK Radio Stations at 305.872.9100. 

Vox Commumicatoins is not responsible for items to be delievered to the Buyer(s).
